Wierd kinda question here

    I am none too sure if anyone has done something like this, and you have you have please let me know.

    Would it be a problem to jump-rope inbetween sets of squats and other leg exercises? Or would it be acceptable and actually beneficial in some sort of way?

    Just curious really
