Wieghtloss programs.

    Im looking for a good routine for wieghtloss. I want to get back into lifting again. Since the last time I lifted I prolly gained 15-20pounds. :( I still live at home with my parents, so a diet is gonna be hard for me until i move out. Can someone setup a routine for me in the gym, or direct me to a webpage w/ wieghtloss routines in it?

    ECY stack, jog a solid mile IIT for another mile or mile and a half do this 5 times per week. Lift, focusing on a different part of your body 4 times per week. Reduce your calories. Cut out simple sugars, say goodbye to fast food. If your parents make you eat what they cook cut portion size. Eat vegetables with every meal. Keep diet ratio at roughly 50% protein 30% fat 20% carbs. Give yourself a cheat day but make sure you don't go crazy. Basically if you feel like you shouldn't eat something, you probably shouldn't.

    Even though you live with your parents it shouldn't be a problem to diet, just portion yourself and don't overeat. Write down all your calories and make sure that your calories eating are less then calories burned and you will be losing weight.

    Although ECY can make you shed weight, it aint going to do shit with cutting the calories
