I did them at the end of my routine which went as follows chest/back pre-exhaust: 3 sets of 15 on pec deck superset: flat bench (db) 4 sets of 12-15 & wide chins 4 sets of 8 Superset: incline (bb) 4 sets of 12-15 & CG T-bar rows Superset: dips4 sets of 8 & cable flys 4 sets of 6-8 wide grip deads: 3 sets of 5 w/315. Tried 405 last set, failed. Now, I feel it in my rear delts traps and the top of the outside lat. I think I'm going to add these every so often. I was curious as to who else has done these regularly and what results you've seen. Also, how wide are you going? I gripped about 3 inches to the end.
