Why the FUCK cant I eat??? I dont understand it!

    I do approx 10-15 minutes of cardio a day... And weight train 5 days a week. I am having a terrible time eating what I "NEED" to be eating. Is there some kind of pill I can take that will make me hungry ALL the time? I dont know what to do :wtc:

    Are you eating 6 small meals a day? Or trying to get it all down in 3?

    I am eating 4-5 times a day.. I just cant seem to find something that "sounds good" on each of those occasions. I "NEED" to be packing atleast 3500-4k a day, and i USED to be able to. Now I've dropped 9 lbs between Dec 1 and Jan 1 (which is UNACCEPTABLE) and I cant seem to get back on the "gaining" road.

    i've been eating 3 double quarter pounders a day recently. not good for the heart but good for gains

    Consider reducing your fiber a bit. Although the normal suggestion is to eat whole wheat, fiber rich foods, etc., you might choose the less fibrous items like white bread, etc. More calories, less filling.

    Edit - I mean during the meals. Still eat fiber, or your bowels will pwn you. Eat a carrot sometime during the day, some broccoli later. Then eat the less fibrous foods at meals.

    I wish I had that problem. I can eat.. and eat.. and eat.. and eat... and let me tell you cutting fucking blows. Go get some steaks, buffalo, etc and just make some killer meals.. bbq sauce is your friend!
