Why shouldn't I eat this mozzarella cheese w/ each meal?

    I bought this package of KRAFT Fat Free Natural Shredded Fat Free Mozzarella cheese.

    The nutrition label is like this:

    calories: 45
    calories from fat: 0g
    total fat: 0g
    saturated fat: 0g
    trans fat 0g
    cholesterol <5mg
    sodium 280mg
    total carbohydrates 2g
    dietary fiber 0g
    sugars 0g
    protein 9g

    I want to smother this stuff in my cereal, chicken, protein shake, tuna, EVERYTHING!!!

    i guess sodium is sorta high. but it's not real cheese if it doesnt have fat

    Why not? Because it's rubber and tastes like shit.

    I go for the 2% cheese because it's just as high in protein, tastes alright, and has about half the fat of regular cheese.

    Because it isn't real cheese, it's been processed to death to taste like cheese though.
