    i talked with this one guy, he recommend that i should consider grape juice, brocolli, and eat red meat for post workout meals. im trying to figrure out why is grape juice, red lean meat, and veggies but no fruits?

    also said to avoid all dairy products, including fat free milk/yogurt/cheese.
