second quarter of 06 it's 1593....and this quarter(june - sep) it's a zero ?? wtf.
they are determined to make me a career lance corporal
4 years & 2 months in the corps, no NJP, page 11, 4.6/4.4, etc... i even got a good cookie award god damnit.
they promote a shitload of corporal at the beginning of 06 and i had the cutting score too.
zeroed out because they closed the promotions
happens from time to time
4 years though is a long time
so that means that once it's open, i'll be promoted? because i see there are shitload of other lance coolie in my unit that still have their cutting score shows up on MOL.
but mine is a fat zero.
where can i go to see what's the current cutting score for corporal in 1391 mos?
jan of 06, the unit promoted about 8 nco. the cutting score was 1585, mine was 1590
wtf. now, it's well over the 1600 range but it show up as a 0 instead.
someone is screwing me bigtime. my lance corporal promotion was 6 months late ( the promotion warrant shows the correct date) but they didn't promote me to 6 months later.
i'd be asking questions to everyone that was in the know...4+ years and still an E-3, that's gotta suck, no offense.
what's 1391? bulk fuels?
yea it does suck. i'm getting an NCO billet & responsibilities without the goddamn rank. everytime we're in the field, all these NCOs be asking me dumbass questions about the MOS and how to go about setting it up.
you can be sure that when it's time to re-up, i'm going to laugh and rub a National guard uniform in their face.
i would go air national guard
or the air corps
yea it's bulk fuel.
that's what i said. but the CO say that he's not losing anymore marines to other services so you can keep that transfer request and eat it.
we got 14 transfer out before he join the unit lol.
My MOS was closed out for damn near 2 years. Only way to be promoted was meritoriously. When it opened it opened high. 1700+.
As for a transfer request, theres nothing they can do about you doin an inter-service transfer once your enlistment is up.
i know about that, i'm talking about when your service is not up.
