Lately it seems like i need more sleep. I already sleep 7-8 hours at night, and during the day i get so tired/bored that i take a long nap which is another 2-3 hours. and at midnight i get sleepy again.... i figure when i take such a long nap i would not be so sleepy around midnight but i still get so sleepy and my eyes feel so heavy i can hardly do anything like study or read. i guess its good in a way that my biological isnt messed up from taking a daytime nap. but im wondering if there is something wrong with me since i sleep for a total of around 10 hours a day. is there something i can do or eat to make my body less fatigue? i dont drink coffee and i dont want to start.. i dont want to become dependent on caffeine. could it have anything to do with me starting to drink protein shakes now? or maybe my sugar level is really low since i dont eat any more foods high in sugar?
