    over there, no here
that all the really good threads here turn into a clusterfuck and get locked up?

everytime i start reading someting of some use (latest example, pur's chest vid), ppl get all whiney and ruin it for everyone.

but, when i have nothing to do but read about the color of the latest blue protein staining my shirt, or what size towel to wear around my neck so im cool at the gym, theres plenty of that to go around
    :/

in the normal world, those true weightlifters (bb's, pls, whomever) are actually the nicest most laid back ppl and actually want to learn more from talking to others. guess that shows you what the future of most of OTFN folks is.

    such a shame...

    ^^^ Good point.

Pokesteve's garbage filled threads take days or weeks to get locked.

Most real bber's or pl'ers stay the hell away from forums for this reason.

Most on here don't want to hear what they are doing wrong or how they need to change. They want to brag and argue. The internet was made so people can stroke their egos.

We are lucky to have some very knowledgeable people here. Stupid crap like this makes them wary of posting though. It is such a shame.
