so when i lift and exercise a lot my face just gets so pudgy. i look at pics and my face looks swollen and fat. i go away for a while to another country. i eat healthy but no whey shakes. they are not available. i eat lots of veggies and fruits but not much exercises. of course i lose some muscle mass but i lost a lot of weight in my face. my diet didnt change all that much. maybe volume due to my appetite coming down since i wasnt exercising as much. but iwould figure my increase in appetite would be off set by the exercise.
