I did squats 2 days ago. Yesterday, I wasn't sore. Today I wake up and can barely walk. I noticed this usually only happens with my legs and lower back after doing deads.

Anyone care to explain why this happens?

    it doesn't always.

I did chest yesterday and my anterior delts are already sore as hell from really hard on chest flys after a hard DB bench session. :dunno:

doesn't really matter either way, no point in wondering.
