Why does my back suck so much?

    I need to change something in my back work out obviously.. What is it? I have NOT been dead lifting. I have not been able to find someone to work out with that is experienced with dead lifting and perfect form. I have found someone now, but I wont be able to work out with them till after the first of the year. I CANNOT risk injuring my back, as my job depends on my mobility.

    I am 6'2 180lbs..

    Why cant i look like jmezz.. he says 6' and 17x in this picture. I feel like we have similar genetics. :wtc:

    we are similar height and body weight with what seems like similar builds.. :hsughno:

    6'2 180 i dont know what you expect to look like at that height/weight, but i think you are just lacking mass

    you can look at millions of videos of people deadlifting online, you can start at low weight, you can post form vids, etc

    don't make excuses

    What exercises do I need to make sure and incorporate into my back work out to increase my middle and upper back mass? Obviously I'm doing "ok" on my lats, especially relative to the rest of my back.
