leg day seems to be the only day that makes me feel like throwing up after I'm done (occasionally I do spew). I wonder exactly why this is?

Heavy squat says own me real good. I puked for the first time this Tuesday. After I struggled to put up my last rep I felt it coming. "Oh no, I'm not going to... Fuck Brrfffghghhffhrhrhrhghghghh"

It's becauase you're using the biggest muscles in your body all at once... its a lot of effort your putting forward while squatting, leg day is the only day i really sweat hard, never puked tho.

Ya I definately agree, my heart gets going a lot quicker as opposed to working out the upper body, I feel that its an increase in blood circulation through your legs while you work out (don't take my word on this) causing your heart rate to increase. legs are the largest muscles in your body which can make your heart work harder. In the end it can cause nausea, vomiting, etc...

I am in no way a professional, I wouldn't take this as medical fact. Merely my own opinion on the subject.
