I've tried sheepskin sheets and lint free cotton towels but both leave water streaks. what should I use that won't leave streaks?

Microfiber towels. Waffle weave are the best, but regular microfiber is fine.

Has anyone used those new "squeegie" looking things designed to dry your car?

California Water Blades? Sure, some like them, some don't. You do have to be careful or you can scratch. I do to try to get water off quick because mine is SOOO bad.... I rinse and immediately chase rinse with distilled then dry with CWB then MF.

Waffle weave towels are the greatest thing since sliced bread! I can get the whole car dry with one towel! Follow up with the leaf blower in the cracks and crevices, then wipe off any remaining drops again with the MF, and you have a completely dry car.
