Why do they include creatine in protein/no2 now?

    Should I even bother with a lone creatine supplement? It just seems like they pack everything in their own stuff so you might be taking too much of something.

    Why not?

    Shit costs about 1/2 penny per gram to manufacture.

    because what if you're already taking a creatine supplement. I don't need THAT much creatine.

    they probably just throw one spoonful of creatine in a five gallon tub so that theirs isn't the only one on the shelf that doesn't say CREATINE and appear inferior.

    then you look at the back and they give you this number
    creatine*


    *part of a proprietary blend.

    B/c it sounds more scientific and benefiscial than

    Creatine (1 parts per million)

    Very doubtful that there will be 5 grams in the scoop of whatever youre taking.
