why do ppl some ppl never do legs? :ugh:

    this guy is swoll as hell from waist up too...but doesnt deadlift or any leg work

    its really sad cause we were doing lunges at the track and he had problems balancing himself

    he doesnt listen to me....

    I don't do calves, so I probably look like I don't do legs
     
  7. funny how you remembered your convo word for word...

    but probably half the people in the gym only do upper body. it doesn't affect me so i don't give a shit. leaves the squat racks less crowded.

    Well most people like that will never develop a big enough upper body for it to matter anyway, assuming they continue lifting.

    x2. the gym i go to, the females pay more attention to the lower body. while he males just do it, but dont spend much time on it (as myself). 10-20% of my workouts go to the lower

    I do legs because thats the only "impressive" weight I can push/pull and it gives me more lean body mass which means I can eat more!
