I think it would finish my 9mm pistol wants. Currently have CZ 75B SA and Glock 19. None are used for CCW. I feel like buying a new gun and the P7 is the only one that i'm interested in. I could sell my SKS to partly fund it. I'm done rambling now.

Because it is one of the finest 9mm's you'll ever shoot. And the squeeze cock/gas delayed blowback is an interesting conversation piece.

I also am in this crowd of perpetual want for the P7.... One of these days I'll just buy one and get it over with, I've come very close a dozen times. I have handled one and they're very neat.

Decent price but I think I would rather get a better condition one.

I really really wanted one until I held it in my hand. The squeeze cock was very different feeling from every other pistol.

That being said, theyre still cool as hell and I still want one to occasionally shoot. :hs:

There was a really good condition one for sale locally but the guy wouldnt budge from $650. I offered $630 since i'm across state lines. I kinda didnt want it anyway because it was a two tone.

If you want one then go get one. I myself after shooting a few never developed a appreciation of them.

If you have a CZ and a Glock then your pretty much done. All you need is more CZ's and Glocks. Once exception is a 9mm carbine like a mechtech or AR.

The G19 and 75B is all I need but the P7 is just a cool gun to have. I'm pretty much done with handguns after this. I also have a S&W 642 that I can't stand to shoot and have thought about selling it but a J frame is another one of those must haves I guess.

    Hi Point 995 carbine FTW.

Surprised you didn't like them Yar. Besides the strange manual of arms, I thought the "feel" of the gun was closer to a Glock than anything.

I think he means that why get a P7 when you can get a CZ or Glock for less.

I actually thought I could get used to eh squeeze cock thing. I love the trigger on it, esp for being something that is hammer-down so to speak for carry. I've never had teh pleasure of firing one but squeezing and dry-firing it felt pretty good. I just haven't made it down the list to the P7 yet is all...

Well Keesh tried to help me out by buying from a guy local to him and shipping it to me but it didnt work out. Top Gun Supply just got a bunch of Grade C's so I ordered from them instead for $547 shipped.

This morning I saw a Grade A with 2 mags for $735 (he posted it at 7PM yesterday) and kept trying to get him to sell it to me but he said he was waiting for another guy to get back to him who emailed him yesterday. :madfawk:

I wouldn't say 2-3 mags. Sure if you dump them as fast as possible. Shooting at a normal pace though, I usually get 6 or more mags in before I start feeling discomfort. Simple solution is just take a 2nd gun to the range and alternate.

I've heard stories on HKPRO about guys buying two of those PSP trade-ins and taking them both to a range with a cooler of ice. Shoot one till it gets hot, then throw it in a bag in the cooler and shoot with the second until it gets hot, repeat. :mamoru:

I've thought about that. Not the bag and cooler bit, but the buying two. They are cheap enough to do that and not care. It's probably cheaper to get a second mag by buying a second p7 too. :greddy:

That guy was such a dickhead

He sent me a text that said something like " if you wanted it for $710, you should have bought it last week like you said you were going to, now you have to pay $750."
