Why do I never learn my lesson about training LEGS and SHOULDERS in the same day

    Fuck me.

    My buddy asked to train arms tomorrow so I had two birds to kill with one stone today, decided to do shoulders and legs, took two scoops of NO Shotgun instead of one and went to work, had clients since 5am so I was fucking dead as it was.........BAD IDEA.

    Just puked my face off and still am dizzy as fuck, my workout was as follows:

    Front squats: 135x12, 185x10, 205x8, 205x6

    Leg press: 10 plates (450lbs)x 15, 16 plates x 12, 19 plates x 12, 19 plates x 12

    Extensions: 135x15, 205x12, 225 (i think, it was maxed)x12

    Leg curls

    Military Hammers, 2 plates for 3 sets x12

    Side raises 25lbs x 3 (already feel like vomitting by now)

    two sets of front raises with 15s because at this point I was certain I needed a wambulance.


    never again, legs are brutal enough by themselves as it is

    do u cross ur arms or use clean grip for front squats?

    the purpose was that hittin quads, hams, calves and delts in one day is way too much.

    Get the fuck out and stay the fuck out if you dont like it. I am in here to discuss fitness and training with other people that lift. You can suck a dick and go tell your dad to rep out teabagging your mouth with his nuts.

    at first I was like :hsugh: and then I realized it was front squats. :h5:

    I assume you have a dedicated deadlift day? Might as well throw in some bench that day just to keep it even.

    i havent done deads in 2 months now, sciatic nerve is fucked, back hurts in 3 different places, no bent over rows or deadlifts for a while....want to give it another month. Long as im squattin im OK mentally and physically.

    i wouldn't do legs with anything else.. unless i was just training quads or hams by themselves

    came in for "my legs gave out during SOHP and I ate bar" and left disappointed.
