Why do I lift / cardio better in afternoon?

    I can lift a bit more and DEFINITELY go a lot harder on cardio [and longer] in the afternoon vs the morning.

    Is it something as simple as i've eaten more and have more energy?

    In the afternoon, I can run at a faster pace, w no pausing or slowing down, and feel great.

    the later it gets the more gorilla my strength becomes!
