they all look fat. not putting them down but how does one get like that? poor dieting?
no serioulsy. i nkow it sounds stupid but why? i mean im on their site and everyone looks fat.
also how does one create his or her own west side routine? what mindset or foundation must one follow?
If you are talking about their abs, I believe it's called a distended stomach PARTLY (ONLY PARTLY) due to the form / technique used when powerlifting. If you notice... many of them actually ARE ripped... except for their bulging stomach.
God, I want to look like that guy and be just as strong.
thanks for clarifying that. i was also talki about powerliftersi n general. none of them are ripped. or cut at least.

Maybe because you're only looking at pictures of the ones in the 308 or higher weight class?
There are 165lb PLers that are shredded, hell there are 242's and higher that are ripped too.

I've seen that guy before, but didn't realize he was that light.
He must be like 5' tall to have that build and only weigh 148.
pretty much all the powerlifters that are trying to meet a weight class look real good, hell i want to try competing at the under 150's at some point.
I think thats the real reason why they took the picture from the ground, so he would look as tall as the guy in the background.
how'd I know you were going to post that picture? Is that like the ONLY guy you guys hang on to for these type of threads?
