There was a special on WMD a while back, I think it was $1/target.

Still, targets at the range are $.25 :hs:

I would use enough to get it down to $1. I still think its too much.

Yeah then it would be worth it to just get zombie targets for the same price.

The range is pretty reasonable, $15 for all day on the pistol/100 yard rifle range, and the clay range. $15 for two hours on the 200/300 though :sad2:

not since reimaged my computer. :( But i'll probably make some more soon. I'm thinking about taking some zombie pics from the Walking Dead comicbook series and making targets out of them.

We have an open outdoor range that's free that's 25/50/100 but it's about 20 minutes away and you can't shoot pistol <25. The nearest indoor pistol range is 16/hr...it's the only range I've ever gone to as the others are too far away so I don't know if that's average.

BTW, after you suggested that Revolution holster, I ordered one from Optics Planet for 30/shipped about an hour ago. It's shipping today from IL so hopefully I'll have it Monday or Tuesday...and then I'll try to convince myself to OC from there. :hs:

If I still worked at the print shop, I would make up some targets where you have to save the girl from pedobear or something.

I have never bought Zombie targets but I have lifesizes of a little girl sitting in a playhouse with a toy gun as a no-shoot, that of course, I always use as a target.

When I go to the indoor range and set her to rush me and do 21ft drills and stuff, I get a lot of looks.

Because in order to take pictures of Zombies for targets, they have to first breed the zombies. They don't breed well in captivity, so there's the added cost and danger of breeding, plus handling and raising them to maturity for the photography. Then you have the cost of body disposal and decontamination once you're done.

I manage a photography studio, we have a pretty serious laser printer that we print brochures and shit on. I'd have to run the numbers, but I bet I can get them done for way less than $1 a piece. If you guys are down i'll print up 500 or so.

Apart from the zombie, what else would you guys like on a target? Cross/circles on head (faded perhaps) and a place to fill in weapon/ammo/range/conditions?

    Anything else?
