oh, you're a chick eh? Well "toning up" is the result of losing fat and gaining muscle. Eat more protein and train your whole body every week. Repeat infinite times.

Sorry, had to be an ass... I just had the urge, but seriously trainers are garbage, read the stickies. If you have any specific and unanswered questions then people will probably answer them

sigh. You really need to read to stickies. Hit the weights to target your muscles (you're not going to get big, dont even fucking start that shit please) and whatever cardio machines you want to help burn some more calories. Diet is most important, you can make big changes on how you look by just changing your diet. Eat lots of lean protein and veggies, stay away from sugary drinks and fast food and junkfoods.

And always remember the most important thing is time. You wont see shit for a long time, results arent drastic or instant, like the infomercials or magazine covers might tell you. Plan on making a lifestyle change lasting decades if you truely want to susceed.

Oh, and yea, trainers are worthless sacks of shit. They want your money and will try to make training seem too complicated without them so you justify paying them way too much money.

OK OK, I'll read the stickies.

I just like the idea of a trainer, cuz i work better with someone else "making" me do shit. If I'm in front of someone I like to prove myself. I'm very competative. But I'm trying to learn the stuff myself so i can get my ass in gear for 07. :)

I'll go read the stickies. thanx

The problem with this idea is that working out alone isn't going to make changes. Your diet is a HUGE part in training. No trainer is going to sit with you and make you eat correctly. Like was said above, its a lifestyle change, not just a temporary or small one

:hsugh: The trainer cant make you do anything. I see tons of people slack off big time, and skip their appointments, then wonder why they are still high fat and low muscle. You are very competative, so compete against yourself, no one else matters.

Also, post some nudes, I'm suspecting an AE :squint:

The end of year picture thread is a good place to start, post a starting point, then work to improve over the course of the year, There are plenty of peopel that post progress pics in here, I usually post new pics once or twice a year. I try to compete with myself, if i have pictures that look like i've made no progres i feel like i've failed so i work harder

    nice looking ass.

Crunches wont make your stomach any smaller, if anythign it makes it bigger, alot of women dont do any abs or obiques to get and keep the "hourglass" look. losing the fat is all diet, and cardio is just icing on the cake. To lose body fat you have to burn more or take in less engery than your body needs. That doesnt mean starve yourself, you have to eat slightly under your maintance, something you will learn in the stickies.
