I've been getting terrible migraines when I workout now, it started this week on Monday. The only supplements I take are creatine. What could be causing this?

    Are you drinking enough water?

Yes. I drink tons of water every day, I know that can't be it. I've been taking Centrum for Men multivitamins and these 500mg Vitamin C tablets as well.

Have you changed your diet? I get migraines really bad and not eating enough can trigger them.

Also, there could be a perservative in the creatine that doesn't agree with you. I'd stick it out for a week and if it doesn't improve stop taking it and see how it is. I have to test all my supps like this because some give me mad migraines. Even some multi vitamins give me headaches. Shit sucks.

do you get them on the weekend or in the mornings? That would be common if they're stress headaches. My migraine doc says that's a 'relief' response and on the weekend you let go of your stress and get them. The morning thing could be from gritting teeth.

I'm getting them now... the "stress" part of work has been a day ago, so this could be the relief period

Probably stress + working out harder then ever

do they crawl up the back of your head or is a general headache? I used to get the former, I think after changing routines drastically.

back of your head could be a regular headache or a migraine.

A migraine is usually one side of the head and feels like it's behind your eye and can be accompanied by seeing lights or an aura (I don't get that though). or it can feel like a tight cap on your head.

If you get them often enough you should get diagnosed because OTC meds do nothing for migraines and you need an RX.

I've been eating more and more of these frozen Lean Cuisine things in desperation. I'm going to stop that. Its always at the very beginning of my workout. I take some medicine and it goes away but I know its not good.

Its everywhere in my head. I haven't changed my workouts one bit

I eat them and I don't get migraines from them (I don't think) but they do have perservatives so depending on your body it could cause them.

as far as taking medicine, what do you take and how often? If you take the same OTC med more than 3x a week you could get rebound headaches...I got into that cycle before I saw a dr about my migraines.

lol don't throw them out. Save them for an emergency. But 2 a day is way too many. I eat like ~3 a week and that's bad enough.

High blood pressure sometimes causes them. I used to get these in high school.
