pretty much i'm feeling really faint during my workouts and a good 30 mins after. really light headed, skin gets tingly/cold everywhere, and i get really pale. hasn't been an issue since i started cutting, so im thinking its possible that has something to do with it. i'm taking EC and eating less carbs, but i make sure to have some at breakfast and before workout. i'm also very sure im breathing properly during sets. any suggestions?
