why am i almost passing out during workouts

    pretty much i'm feeling really faint during my workouts and a good 30 mins after. really light headed, skin gets tingly/cold everywhere, and i get really pale.

    hasn't been an issue since i started cutting, so im thinking its possible that has something to do with it. i'm taking EC and eating less carbs, but i make sure to have some at breakfast and before workout.

    i'm also very sure im breathing properly during sets.


    any suggestions?

    some kind of carb like sweet potato or oatmeal, and some protein source; eggs, chicken, tuna, sometimes a shake

    your cns might just need a break

    i was feeling like shit after/during my workouts for like a week and getting half-assed workouts.. check my log.. so i did my own form of a deload week and just used light weights and went through the motions with no caffeine. made a huge difference i hit the ground running after that week.

    I'd see a doctor and stop any stimulants all together.

    bf has gone down :)

    im not taking any vitamins

    guess i'll take a break from the EC and see if it helps things. annoying because without it i start falling asleep during workouts :o

    the lack of carbs when you're cutting will drastically cut down your energy levels

    Are you really that sleep deprived? That could be your problem/exacerbate your situation
