I need some friends
just added jcolman sweet profile pic.
Joey's my new buddy
added u two fucks. Haven't touched MM in ages.
Yeah I'm not thinking I'll ever really use it. There are tons of people willing to pay on craigslist, so why do it for free?
I'd only do it to shoot some really hot chicks, but then my girlfriend would get pissed off so I'd have to deal with that
Tell her I took them and you just PP'ed them
actually I don't think she'd really care.
Just added you... AllenOwen
Edit and JColman
nice shots you got there.
Added...you are now friends with Escobar
Thanks man...I need to do some more. I haven't shot a model in about a year.
Oh yeah, Mine: http://www.modelmayhem.com/elmerescobar
For some reason the people on there around my area seem kinda creepy. A few don't, but mostly, goth, public dungeon type things going on. I'm thinking I don't want photos of any of that so I'm staying away.
Just added everyone. /isaacviel
it's like an OTAPMM thread
MM, it's like myspace for photographers
added some people I saw
Looks like we shot a couple of the same events:
Houston Downtown Trash the Dress
Blue Bonnet Workshop
yeah, we talked about it once before
Marc and Robin are gonna do another Blue Bonnets in the spring. New AV on MM is from Saturday morning
first big shoot with the D300 too
Oh yeah...they had the Pirate shoot this weekend. How did it go?
I haven't done anything with Marc and Robin since the BB shoot...it just seemed too unorganized. I guess I should give them another chance.
had a good time, and we were able to get some of the models to stick around after lunch and we shot on the strand in the back alleys etc.
The workshops range from "organized groups" to "free for all". They admit that the BB shoot was rather unorganized and I've been to some that were much better set up and some that were just "grab a model when you can". The organization level tends to be a lot better when there is a more concrete location where they can really have "stations".
I've made some great friends in the group and I enjoy the groupshoots. I really do consider it more of a group shoot than a "workshop" as there's not really much "instruction" going on, but rather a lot of people willing to share whatever knowledge they might have. There's a few little tight knit groups that always crop up at the shoots and we tend to have a really good time. You'll come out of there with some really great shots if you put the effort into it, but you're not gonna get Tracy Hicks type of stuff either.
I have actually got one girl that is going to do some stuff with us this weekend off of it. It is an ok site, I added everyone here <3
i need to get some better pix for mine
