Who's arms here measure over 17"?

    Right arm measured 17 1/2" this morning.

    Thanks. Left arm is still lagging abit... just under 17 1/4".

    I was 15" at my peak. down to 13.5" now. I :love: testosterone

    I notice you do a lot of single arm movements, has that helped? Somebody may have asked you this before, I dont' remember.

    Definitely helped.That was the main reason I do them.
    Trying to do abit of the same thing for calves and legs....

    How big of a difference was there from right and left at the worst point?

    I think on the arms it was just under 3/4", on the calves its still 1/2", and on thighs it used to be 3/4" but seems to be down to less than 1/2".

    is it b/c your right handed? some ppl are very one-hand dominated..

    this will make u feel better, left arm was 16 1/2, right arm was 17 3/4

    talk about asymmetry, but most people wouldn't say it's obvious. I can only tell with sleeves of shirts, they hug my right arm but kinda a little loose on my left
