    Fantastic!

    I made mine like so:

    1 Cup 2% cottage cheese
    1/2 Cup raw oats
1 Tablespoon flour (or else the pancakes fall apart)
    3 Eggs
    Half cup strawberry yogurt
    Dash of cinnamon
    Splash of vanilla
A little sugar (left my honey at work)

Fry them up like regular pancakes and eat!
I put some real maple syrup on mine.

    I use this recipe:
    2-3 beaten eggs
    1 cup cottage cheese
Honey or a couple of teaspoons of sugar, to taste (a banana will make it naturally sweeter)
    1 cup uncooked oatmeal
    1 banana
    a sprinkle of cinnamon
    a splash of vanilla

and sometimes sub blueberries for the banana. They rule.

I make them in the food processor. Put ingredients in in the following order, processing after each: eggs, cottage cheese, banana, seasonings, oatmeal. Never had a problem with the holding together. Sometimes come out too thick, so I add some skim milk.
