I will not name a name, but there is a person who has been selling diets for years (no they are not a member here) This person used to be good years ago, so as they are still around I had someone I know pay for a diet. (this guy trained pros ect, and has a good portfolio) I am no pro on diets, but this dont seem right He is 265 This cutting diet uses no weight training and only 2 sessions of cardio daily. 1st thing is you do cardio on empty stomach for 55min. Then wait 30min and eat How can this even work ?? Maybe I am wrong tho..
