Whoa, I think HIIT is working

    I didn't even get serious with it yet. Only done it about 6 times but I look slimmer already and I can see some abs when I flex. Not only that, but I don't get winded at all when I'm running. At first I couldn't even sprint for 30 seconds without hyperventilating. Can't wait to get up to the full 15 minutes to see what happens.

    edit: oh and credit goes to my cut diet too

    Exactly 2 months ago, yes. I changed my mind and I'm cutting now. The 2 month bulk added too much fat to my waist area and I felt self conscious about it.

    I don't have an HIIT "routine," as I said, I didn't even get serious with it yet.

    P.S. My weight lifting routine is still my bill starr 5x5. And I'm still fat. Check me in a month or two.
