I wonder if it was that Keltec 223 handgun or one of those ar15 handguns.
The KelTec was the first thing to come to my mind, if the reporting is even right on the gun.
I would think the media would refer a AR pistol as a assault rifle instead of a pistol.
i don't think it would be the first time media got something wrong
I'll bet $100 it was a .22.
wait.. the way I read it, the criminal had the 223 handgun, not the cop.
the criminal did have it, hence the "cops shoot guy with 223 handrun"
i CCW my thompson 204 ruger. IWB ftw
okay.. so "cops shoot guy that has 223 handgun" ?
the way its written, I'm reading it like "cops used a 223 handgun to shoot the guy"
IT says "The suspect fired a shot from a .223-caliber handgun" so...
In terms of writing, and in english, the way it is written in the thread title is stating that the cops used a .223 cal handgun to shoot the badguy.
Yeah the thread stater is dumb as the acticle itself states the bad guy used a .223 handgun to shot at the cop(s)
What part of GUY WITH 223 HANDGUN do you fail to understand?
After re-reading it, I can see how it can be misconstrued to mean the opposite, but who really gives a shit?
God damn, get the fuck over it.
Holy shit I saw this chase. I was at my friend's house about 300yds off I75, 15mi south of Bowling Green. I heard sirens and looked out to see about 5 state troopers and 5 sherrifs chasing a Chrysler minivan then a couple minutes later some more cruisers drove by.
i wouldnt really call the ar-15 pistol a 'handgun'
Werd. Goes well with the "...suspect fled in a minivan..." part.
No need to , you weren't an asshole about it
The ATF calls them handguns
