    Does it affect you? I do...it doesnt bother me so much except for the appetite loss..which well..sucks

    I smoke weed everyday. It affects the cardio part of my workout, but not by a whole lot. Lifting, it doesnt affect me.

    i've found myself to smoke every now and then when i'm shitfaced. pretty much makes me feel like ass the next morning and smell even worse

    I smoke about a pack a night when I'm drinking. I cough up shit the next morning, no effect on my workouts.

    are we talking about marijuana or cigarettes? i smoke sometimes 1 cigarette on the nights i drink, but thats rare.

    marijuana, i smoke everyday but only after i workout and it helps me to relax alot.

    Cigarettes? You won't realize how much they are affecting you until you quit for at least a few weeks and keep training.

    Smoking before helps me with mind muscle connection. I walk around the gym in a zen like state.

    I just quit smoking cigarettes last week. I quit for a year and a half the last time, and started one night at a party where everyone else was smoking.
    Ill never ever smoke again if I can get clear (3 weeks) of them again.

    Weed.... I smoke it almost nightly, after the gym.

    :werd: I can't do it every time. But say blaze a nice sativa bowl about an hour before I go lift and the entire time I'm there, the pain feels fucking awesome.

    Definately not for me, indicas place me firmly on the couch rdy to play video games for hours with absolutely no inclination to mutter a single word.
