If you have more than 2 domains, just geta PO Box.

I swear to god I want to kill the people at Godaddy for making a 2nd company just to have private registrations. If you transfer like 6+ domains to Godaddy, you get a free year on each. If you used fake info like me, then you will be unable to log in to your privacy account since they never give you account info, and you need to request it. You cannot cancel the service unless you log in to it, so I was forced to renew 2 domains for the privacy because of this shit.

    Fuck Domains by Proxy. Assholes.

You COULD lose your domain if it has invalid info and someone reports it. usually you just have to fix it.

Godaddy has free private if you buy 5 or more domains at once I think.

Dreamhost does it for free with the purchase of a domain (~$10)

what's so bad about 1and1 domain registration?

Their hosting sucks, but I have never had any problems with my domains from them...

I totally agree, I would never use them for hosting, and their customer service couldn't be any worse. But how could they possibly mess up domains?
Aren't all domains stored on the same name servers over the world?

I am saying I would not trust them to register them or with my money, i cancelled my hosting with them after a year being paid, never owed them money, i went to renew and transfer my domain and they sent me a bill for over $200 saying they they would keep domain unless i paid it, i paid godaddy to get it for me, after it would be released by 1 and 1 and they renewed it and kept sending me the same email for 6 months trying to get more money from me

so fuck they, they are a shitty company and would never use them to register a domain to save a few bucks

the only time i have used it was for porn sites, but other than that i have one site with it, and that is because browning gave me a domain and it had a year free of it, so once i renew the domain it will not have it on there

how much does a reseller account to do that cost?
