My 26 is shooting way low (4 in) with big dots
I had that problem with my XD just adjusted my sightpicture pretty much white ontop the line fixed it
4 inches at what distance?
And Lance is right, they don't shoot like 3 dots, you need to adjust your sight picture.
also, you should be putting the middle of the dot where you want the shot, not hte top of it. (at fighting distances)
yeah that's what I was doing.
are you lining the bottom of the dot up with the top of the white line or the top of the sight?
try adjusting sight picture until you get poa/poi and see if it looks alright.
bottom of dot with top of the tritium white line
try picking it up a little to the top of the sight. iirc there's a mm or two between the line and the actual top edge of the sight.
eta: that said, 4" is a good bit at 21'
That would make matters worse. I would need to line it up lower on the rear sight to make the point of impact higher. I think the dovetail is too high.
are you sure your not breaking wrist down, pushing forward or drooping head down while shooting. This was the recommendation provided by a practice target i have to adjust if your shooting low
another shooter and my G35 says no.
Picking up the front sight would make it shoot lower?
looking at a point higher on the rear dovetail, the cut as opposed to the line, would make the shots go lower.
