How many do you take a day?

Daily dosage for a multi-vitamin like Centrum is one a day.

Is it beneficial to take two a day? One in the morning and one in the evening or is the body unable to absorb that much vitamins per day?

Main reason I ask is cuz i have a bottle of Centrum and it will expire before I can consume each one per day.

Once a day, if you work out the excess vitamin C will dry your skin out. And you'll piss the other tablet out later.

    no thanks,

    http://www.chasefreedom.com/advocare.html

"It is not easy to find objective information online about Advocare products and their ingredients, which is usually not a good sign. Their website, advocare.com, is vague and more focused on the business aspect of the company. Their brochures are equally vague in details regarding their products. Advocare is a multi-level marketing company that sells a host of "weight loss enhancement products" and other "optimal health and wellness products." Their weight management system comprises both supplements and meal replacement shakes. The cornerstone of the program is the "Metabolic Nutrition System," which contains a number of ingredients, including the commonly used garcinia campogia, chitosan, antioxidents, synthetic chromium, 5-HTP, Chinese herbs and others.

14 pills make my head hurt. I have a hard enough time taking 6 fish oil pills.

Call me nancy and count me out of the 14 pill game.

14 pills isn't really a lot to be taking in one day, it's a fucking pill, you put it in your mouth, you swallow, some people use water too... it's not like you're taking them an hour apart a piece

RDA is the bare MINIMUM you need...not the optimal amount
