Who here takes anabolics/steroids/supplements and which?

    Just curiouse how many of you do, and which... let me know your experiences with them.

    P.S: I take protien, once in a while after a work out, going to be taking it more regularily, also take creatine pre work out sometimes, might get some glutamine.... no steroids though and not considering it.

    i have a bottle of QV Deca 300 sitting here in front of me and can't decide if i should be taking it...maybe i'll make a new thread

    flax seed oil pills (I don't take it on a day when I'm eating alot of fish)

    I am planning to begin taking ephedrine and caffeine next week.

    The only supplements I ever take:

    Whey protein
    Creatine/CEE
    BCAA's

    Occaisonally some kind of thermo. I just got some AMP in so I'll be using that in the next few weeks. I also have some citrulline malate to play around with so we'll see how that goes. I'm not including vitamins and shit in this either.

    Oh and I did four weeks of S1+ (1-test/4AD)

    I really do think some of you spend way too much money on bullshit supplements that don't really do anything.

    Whey, CEE, greentea, ZMA, and I've got glutamine lying around. Most people will say zma/glutamine is a waste, I find I sleep better when I take ZMA, and if I take glutamine when I'm overly stressed or getting sick it will delay/prevent it.

    Maybe it's all in my head :dunno:

    I'm sticking to protien and creatine for faster recovery post work out... :) I like to keep it more natural, I don't even drink protien/creatine very often.

    I've been at 180lb, for the past year... What a fucking plateau, don't think my arms/chest/back or anything has gotten much bigger either. :hs:

    He could be natural, very possible... Not sure about the Brian dude, he didn't state whether he was all natural or not. I think i'm going to try this guys program word for word for 90 days, then get the money back refund through him or my cc company if I smell bullshit... I will show progress.
