I thought Knucks did and a few others. Looking at cutting in about a month or so and was thinking about using this diet. But was looking for some feedback from peeps that used it. How you liked it, how well it worked ect.

    Thanks!

That really looks more like a bulk up diet. I've been doing the basic one I posted, as best I can, for about a year and I've dropped from 20% BF to between 11 and 13% from what I can tell. If i'm flexing my abs there is a clear 4 pack, not flexed it's starting to be defined... but I used to be a fat kid too, extra skin and all.

I also haven't stuck to it 100%. There's been months here and there where I've come off it and during the winter it was hard to stay true to it.

I guess it depends on how much you weigh too. I'm only 190 (at 5'5'')... you could be like 250 which that would be fine for you.

I've tried... I'm in the Navy and currently on deployment and my ship blocks every file hosting site there is. Some BS about them being file sharing sites. Anyway... gonna try and get a couple upload next time we hit port (since our next port is a shitty port and there's nothing to do there).
