What do you think of it? Is the text extremely scientific to the point that I'll have to look up words in the dictionary constantly or is fairly easy to get through?

its much more on the scientific side and gets into the minute details of anatomy and the training process regarding what is actually happening to the muscle on a cellular level...it discusses pretty much every aspect regarding training but to me is more similar to a college textbook and doesn't have a high degree of applicability

in terms of how hard it is to get through, it's kind of tedious and uses a decent amount of scientific jargon, how well you will get through it depends most on how much you are interested in what it is saying, it's not a casual read though

were you still able to pull information from the text that helped you better understand how to design a training cyle for yourself based on your goals?

Last time I checked amazon.com only had the Spanish version :wtf:

You can buy the English one but only from an amazon resell vendor and it starts at $165 :wtf:

If you're a nerd like me, tho, you will want this book. I already have Prescribed Exercise and Nutrition Protocol (two huge nerd weightlifting books, from IART), and I want SuperTraining, too.

I don't suppose anyone has a .pdf of it, do they?
