what ype of success have you guys had with them?
didnt do shit for me (did them for like 5 weeks)
I realized it's counterintuitive to do vacuums and then apply exertion pressure on my stomach doing DLs
supposedly Frank Zane swore by them
alotta classics of that era swore by em.
will vacuums suck in my abs permanently or are they only good for posing?
it would be impressive to see someone hold that for 60 seconds right after they have just exhaled all the air they can. i freedive and dont think i could ever do that.
i take it not many people have done this then, i wanted to try them but i first wanted to see how many people in here did it and what success they have had...thanks guys
I was about to make a "anyone do stomach vacuums?" thread but I searched and found this one. Bump.
i dont think i have the right rib structure to do it
I think is more for posing purpouses than anything.

Holding your breath after you blow out air is hard as hell. 60 seconds? Yeah right! I can barely hold my breath for 60 seconds even if I hyperventilate first.
You are closed-minded and will never be anything more than a second rate member on this board.
