who has that pdf that shows what your lifts should be?

    like

    squats, power cleans, deadlift, press, etc.

    has soemthing like "doesnt lift at all" category, beginner, intermediate, advanced.

    and has weight of each person and what they should be lifting for each level.

    i think timberwolf posted it? it was written by rippetoe and maybe bill starr or some few other strength names.

    Not even DW's 505 @168 would be "elite" :eek4: And that's 3x bodyweight

    igo4bmx's bench press is elite -- first thing that came to mind
    IIRC, he's 260 and has a 430 bench.

    pretty sure BDR would be elite in everything, with ease too :bowdown:

    A person who has engaged in regular training for up to two years. The intermediate level indicates some degree of specialization in the exercises and a high level of performance at the recreational level.

    then what do the weights have to do with anything?
