GUN Who had the problem with the loose vltor receiver extension?

    I just got mine today and it's looser than I remember. This is on an LMT lower.

    Search didn't turn anything up, but are you sure you have the right combination of mil-spec (or commercial) tube and stock? Or do you mean the tube is loose in the actual receiver?

    The tube is kinda loose in the receiver. I don't have a receiver plate or castle nut yet but I remember the dry fit being tighter on other receivers. Vltor doesnt make a commercial receiver extension.

    I wouldnt think it would be an issue once it's locked down. I'd probably stake it to be sure though.

    It should be fine after the plate and castle nut.
