Who had done the ab roller/rollouts regularly?

    what results have you seen from these?

    read recently that these were the best for transverse abs

    i only do roman chairs/leg lifts for abs and let deads/squats do the rest but I may swap out the romans for these

    thoughts?

    from what i've read at t-nation, plank and ab rollouts are good for le abs. better than flexion? of the abs

    ya, thats what inspired the thread. Just curious to see the results of the ab roller vs more traditional type ab work

    i know ive been told to do planks but ive always disliked crunches

    I have one and it's hard as fuck to use. :rofl: No complaints really other than I've heard they can fuck with your rotator cuffs.

    I had been using it but it started hurting my left elbow so i haven't done it in a few weeks. My abs have gotten noticeably stronger from it thoe.

    also I"ve been training without a belt for awhile and i think my abs have gotten a lot stronger from that, as well as my lower back

    Fuck usin a roller. Try this...
    Get the big Plyo-Ball. get on your knees and put the ball in front of you. Put your hands pretty low on the ball, next to your belly button.
    Roll forward while keeping your feet in the air. Go all the way until your arms are fully straight.
