    I feel like shit, I try to do stuff but it just hurts more. It fucking sucks. I think I might just have to drink myself to oblivion :wtc:


    Someone want to give me their shoulder? :x:

    I can't do anything involving my arms moving :wtc:

    including holding up the squat bar, deadlifts, anything where my hand touches a weight. I can sit in the leg press machine ok :greddy:

    going on 10 days now :wtc:

    My right trap is injured. Doctor says its most likely some minor muscle fiber tears. Its been weeks since I've been able to do DL's, Shrugs and any shoulder excercises. Its fustrating because it just won't seem to heal fully even after A.R.T and accupunture treatments. It aches a lot.

    how the fuck do you hurt your trap?


    I can now move my shoulder normally, it pops 4 times if I'm rotating it around 360.


    Hurts like a fucking cunt on every turn.

    My hamstring isn't 100% percent and my right shoulder hurts but I work through the pain.

    Left foot, Right knee and elbow. I got tendonitis in my elbow and knee and my foot is starting to get a bunion. :ugh:

    Right wrist. Trying to compensate with my left hand (through daily activities to allow my right hand to rest) has caused me to begin to develop some overuse injuries on my left hand and forearm.

    I've had something that feels like shin-splints in my forarms for about 6 months. Since I don't have insurance, I just work through the pain. Its a very intense pain btw.
