    and what muscles need to be trained more. I dont have a "routine", before i go to the gym, i just look at the mirror and make a mental note that i need more delts/biceps/pecs whatever to look proportional. Bodybuilding is an art. Like sculpting :bowdown:

    obviously you cant work calves every day, but you'd do them more often and with greater intensity if they needed to catch up with the rest of your body. For example, my traps are lagging, so i hit those fuckers 2-3 times a week.

    Yea, that's what I do. Well, actually, I have one workout where I blast them and then I hit them for only one exercise for 4-5 sets twice a week.

    since your body won't noticeably grow on a workout-by-workout basis I think that's a retarded way to train.

    Even once a week... no one's body responds that quickly.
    At best, maybe try and assess your strength and weakness objectively every 3 months I would think.
