I think the reason why I really never progress or reach my goal is because.... I absolutely want to do everything!

I'll love to powerlift + bulk + cut + Muay Thai + BJJ + Crossfit + etc.... and it just ain't working out.

How do you guys work around this problem?

I mean I try to like... stick with one thing, but then I'll wander off to something else a few weeks later..

example:I'm like damn I really wanna be strong as hell again, and I'll start lifting religiously.... after a few weeks, I'll be like man I miss Crossfit and etc...

Then lifting 4-5 days a week, and trying to train BJJ + MT don't really work out either..

but then again, maybe im just being a big bitch.

I have a reasonable attention span and the ability to focus on achieving my goals.

I feel like, if you focus on fighting, a lot of the other stuff will come into play (e.g. getting stronger, leaner, etc.)

But what the hell do I know about fighting. Just based on perceptions.

I've trained at a Muay Thai gym before, they advocate lots of compound lifts and strength training anyway, you could easily put on muscle mass with the right diet and Muay Thai boxing.

i train MT 4x week and BJJ 2x a week, lift 2x a week, yoga 2x a week, and i dont know what crossfit is, but it sounds like fighters training (polymetrics, pilaties, etc) and i do that 2x a week.

just need to get back in the sauce IMO. The 2nd month is the hardest cuz thats when people start slacking, but as soon as you get over that and make a habit out of working out, its a lot easier to stick to it.

It helps to incorporate it into your daily routine too. I feel like my day's incomplete if I didnt go to the gym like im supposed to.

Yeah when days like this happen I feel like complete shit and get disappointed in myself. Makes me feel like I wasted the day. Right now my biggest struggle is taking a day or 2 off kills me. I'd rather work out every single day.
