I think the reason why I really never progress or reach my goal is because.... I absolutely want to do everything! I'll love to powerlift + bulk + cut + Muay Thai + BJJ + Crossfit + etc.... and it just ain't working out. How do you guys work around this problem? I mean I try to like... stick with one thing, but then I'll wander off to something else a few weeks later.. example:I'm like damn I really wanna be strong as hell again, and I'll start lifting religiously.... after a few weeks, I'll be like man I miss Crossfit and etc... Then lifting 4-5 days a week, and trying to train BJJ + MT don't really work out either.. but then again, maybe im just being a big bitch.
