And what exercises seem to inflame them the most for you?
And are you doing anything for it? (supplements, therapy etc.)

With the deadlifts and pullups its pretty bad but today when I did a few reps of the dragon flag... that was the worst.

I have it in my left elbow.

Pretty sure I got it 3 months ago doing skull crushers with bad form. Any sort of tricep extension aggrevates it pretty bad. I can still do weighted dips but thats about it :hs:

Occassionally it acts up when I do pullups also.

If it starts acting up when I am working out I just ignore it til I am done and gobble down a bunch of ibuprofren.

    Except your rotator cuff :fawkd:

I have it in my right arm, but I think it may be an ulnar nerve problem in disguise. My forearm still feels like it's getting splints every time I to BB curls or push on heavy objects, such as gurneys at work. When I massage my inner forearm close to my wrist, there is a fairly sharp pain if I touch the wrong spot.. :greddy:

not sure if I have tendonitis but I did something to my elbow. It just seems to randomly hurt I can't figure out what exercises or movements cause it. It will seem fine then I wont be able to lift my arm without pain.

I have a simular situation. A couple weeks ago, I was arm wrestling and I think I damaged my tendons in my arms. It hurts to grip anything. From what people have been telling me it will take anywhere from 3-6 weeks to get better. Using a heating pad on the elbow will help increase blood flow and is supposed to help the healing process.

For now I am stuck doing ab exercises and leg exercises that don't require me to grip that much. Any one know of anything I can do for chest/back/bis/tris that doesn't require to much gripping? It sucks not being able to do a full workout, but I'm not going to take the risk of having pain the rest of my life.

All the extensor muscles of the hand attach to the elbow at the outer part, so gripping things could cause agrivation.

For chest, bi's and tri's, some machines you could use resting or pressing the bar just against your palms. Pec Dek also...

I've had to give up skullcrushers permanently. :wtc:

I think I started out bouncing at the bottom of the movement. When they got heavier, the bounce messed me up good.
