Who else breaks capillaries on both their shoulder blades?

    I dont think its a big deal. Doesn't hurt and they fade in a day or two. Every week at some point my GF goes "Oh my god what happened to your shoulders! Let me look!". Never fails :rofl:

    Does it indicate bad form or anything though?

    I get them, but never really notice unless someone points them out.








    Or if I'm checking out my swoley yoke in the mirror during a posedown with myself :naughty:

    I take that back, I did it once over the summer on vacation after doing a lot of pushups when I had just woken up :dunno:

    every leg day, looks like the top of my shoulders have been raked by nails. its just because my gym shirts have huge uhhh stichings or whatever the hell. lets you know you're alive. haha

    How much can you put up during calf raises?

    i do 16 plates for 15 reps on the leg press pretty easy, going to try more tonight. i think my legs and hips would break if i tried with a BB.
