who does core exercises? how often?

    would you say the importance of this is over dramatized or is it really important as all these magazines say?

    would once a week be sufficient or would you do a quick session after each workout?

    core as in abs? or core as in squats really help build your core and so do deads?

    i was just reading one of those mens health magazines and they had all this work out stuff with the ball. i tried it and it was mad hard!

    First rule of weight training... don't read those sections of mens health. It's not all bad, but there's some really bad advice in there.

    cool. so wha tcore exercises do you do other than squats and deadlifts? id like to incorporate more
