they aren't that bad this time of year. I love how cheap they are, just picked up a whole shitload for .10c a lb
simple carbs = bad
isn't a bad idea .. one baked potato about the size of your fist

dieting as bulking or cutting?
bulking go with sweet or white, yams
cutting go with something like butternut squash or pumpkin (high fiber low calories for same serving sizes as a bove)
I eat white potatos because theyre readily available at my school cafeteria. I dont have a kitchen so my options are pretty limited.
You coudl always microwave it if you dont have a kitchen...I assume you have a microwave?
at that school prepared food you dont know what "extra things they put in them" the mroe creamy the potatoes, the more fatty jun added...
