Not working now... Just focusing on school, but last year when I was working some regular stuff I would keep with me included:

    - Peanut butter and honey sandwiches
    - Protein bars
    - Whey
    - Cooked pasta mixed with chicken, oil, and herbs. Good cold or hot
    - Brown rice mixed with tuna fillet
    - Jerky
    - Special K Protein Plus cereal
    - Soy protein crisps
    - Hard boiled eggs

Everything was usually prepared a couple days in advance and just kept in the fridge in tupperware containers.

check if your protein bars use factionated or hydrogenated oils. If so might was well order mcdonalds/BK hamburgurs for the same macros!!
