I am spending a lot of time on-site at clients and I am finding it difficult to eat consistantly. When I am in the office I can make oatmeal, eat a tub of cottage cheese, shake a protein shake up etc... At client's sites I barely eat as I don't feel compelled to start warming up oatmeal or pulling out the cottage cheese in front of people I don't know.

Does anyone have any good recipes for oatmeal bars or cookies that I can eat a little more discretely?

Most taste like ass and are nothing more than a snickers bar with a little more protein. I want something economically sound and plenty or good calories.... Ideally I would like to make an oatmeal bar that could act as a second breakfast or midafternoon meal.

It may not taste the best but you could mix up a shake, prior, with water instead of milk, no need to refrigerate. Just pop open the bottle and drink casually

Get some RTDs or start making things ahead of time, beef jerky, and nuts and fruit maybe...

you can find good protein bars online with like 25g of protein a pop if you don't mind paying for them.

I'd say RTDs and beef jerky.

That's usually what I do when I'm on a job site or out to meet with a client. I always mix my protein shakes with water though...

I'll also bring some fruit or sliced raw sweet potatoes. My friends think I'm weird, but I think that raw sweet potatoes are the shit. I've tried to mix oatmeal in my shake....very bad idea haha.

I bring my lunches premade and usually some fruit, but when I am in my office I generally consume a ton of calories via things like oatmeal. At clients I sit in a server room for the most part and I don't see a lot of my clients liking liquids in there while I work - I thought some type of premade snack would work better.
